The download page still lists Windows 98 among the other OS's, yet when I try to run blender (zip archive, not installer), I get the following error msgs- The C:\\BLENDER.EXE file expects a newer version of Windows Upgrade your Windows version. and in another message behind it- C:\\blender.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning. I'm mainly asking because 98 is still listed on the download page. Is Windows 98 support officially removed from Blender?
Any help will be apprecited.
